Your story is another way for others to get to know a little bit about you. You choose what you want to share. Facts some people share in their MyDepressionTeam story might include their family members, work and relationship situation, hobbies, how they deal with bad days, and any advice they have for others with depression.
Adding or editing your story is pretty easy, and we encourage you to add at least some basic information to your story. Members often read each other's stories as a way of getting to know each other.
First, select the menu icon in the upper right corner of the site, then select My Profile, then my story:
Once you've done that, you'll be on the 'my story' page. You can fill in information in any or all of the sections, and be sure to select 'save' at the bottom, to save your story.
